Edit: XDVDMulleter works on my Windows 7 computer, but I can't seem to get it to work on my friend's Windows 8 computer. I'm gonna try it on my Windows 10 computer to see if it works (hopefully).
I'm using Windows 10 64-bit. I tried it on my PC and it won't load either. I tried the exact same version of XDVDMulleter on my friend's Windows 8 computer and it worked fine. I'm gonna try it on my Windows 7 computer and see if it works, but I'm not optimistic.
Edit: I'm not having any problems with my Windows 10 computer, but my friend's Windows 8 computer is having the same problem. Hopefully, it'll work on my Windows 7 computer. I'm gonna try 7-zip and see what happens.
I too am having trouble getting this to work. It's taken me a while, but I've finally got it. I'm using the RAR file as a.iso file because it apparently can't handle a.img file. When I extract the.img file, it just makes a larger.img file (like it is empty or something). So I'm using the.rar file to extract the ISO that I want to load. When I do that, I get the invalid TOC error in the process. I tried it in 7zip, XDVDMulleter, and I tried it in the program itself. It always does the same thing. If I extract it normally, it makes a bigger ISO, but it won't load for me.
I used to use Xisodump, but since the need to always make sure no disc I used was already copied and known to exist, a redump will usually suffice. If you have many discs you're using you may find a redump format you like more. Xisodump is great for new games and beta games that have been released. 827ec27edc
